Job Description

Brook Street are thrilled to be working with a new client in Inverness.

Are you the next Assistant Manager for a fantastic family owned manufacturer and retailer, well known for their excellence and customer satisfaction and who really are going places in 2021?

If you have previously worked in any large high turnover store >7 million then we need to speak to you today. Supporting the Manager and leading from the front you will have solid experience in driving your team to deliver great results exceeding sales targets, you will understand the 'figures' behind the business and will run this business like it was your own!
The successful candidate will already be working in a customer/sales driven environment where high levels of personal service are central to everything they do.

Key Responsibilities
" Passionate about retail and the customer journey!
" Able to drive sales
" Ability to train, coach and develop colleagues to be great sales people
" Able to manage an exceptional product range
" Commercially aware and able to understand business performance and react to areas that are under performing
" Lead a team to achieve the highest levels of sales and service at all times
" Undertake a personal service for high value clients and customers
" Drive incentives for staff to achieve targets and KPI's

Required Criteria
" Kitchen design experience is preferable but not essential.
" Must have experience in a retail or sales role
" You must be able to work weekends and evenings
" You must handle pressure well and be able to adapt to the business requirements.
" Experienced in leading a sales team to achieve KPIs
" You must be a high achiever, self-motivated and results-driven


Rewards will include a basic salary of £21500 with uncapped OTE, average earnings £41,000. As well as a uncapped earning potential you will also be enrolled in to a training and development programme, work with high-quality IT equipment/software and have opportunities for future career progression
Please note there is a 12 week training programme of support, this may require travel away from home/residentials and working from another branch.
