This role will involve you supporting the General Manager with key tasks and working together to grow the business. The company is looking for someone with strong influencing, leadership and behaviour management skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Making sure stock management is well controlled, up to date, and 100% accurate
-Ensuring business operations teams are maximising their value on all tasks
-Becoming a font of all knowledge of day to day operations
-Going to the ends of the earth to exceed all customer expectations
-Achieving Store KPI's
-Running the shop floor
-Supporting employees' day to day
Your characteristics should include the following:
-An ability to think on your feet to resolve any problem.
-Extraordinary communication skills
-Confident but not arrogant, both as an individual and as a leader
-Accountable while being able to see the big picture
- An eye for detail
