A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join a highly reputable and quirky British clothing fashion brand based at Windsor high-street. Due to recent success and expansion the company is now launching a newly fitted stand-alone shop selling from head to toe menswear & womanswear collections.

This brand is well established in UK with a wonderful history and background known particularly for their creative window displays and unique designs. The successful candidate will need to have previous retail experience at a managerial level as you will be acting as a brand ambassador and role model, promoting the companies key values and behaviours ensuring your team embody them. You will be supporting your Branch Manager with the training and personal development of the team to maximise sales and creating a culture that ensures a friendly environment and exceptional customer service.

This is a creative and proactive role which requires a leader to personally take responsibility in the upkeep of the store such as administration duties required and always ensuring that the companies` procedures are followed and met. Being second in command you will be responsible for the cash / tills and motivating your team in hitting KPI`s whilst also monitoring the business analytically side, reporting back to Head Office ensuring a safe environment and a high level of visual display with regular stock rotation and replenishment.

Due to the nature of the role you will need to be flexible to work weekends but in return you will receive an excellent rate of salary, pension and other additional perks such as free uniform allowance and discounts.
