Job Description

Are you looking for an Admin Officer role based in the Teesside area? Do you have a background in administration and processing? We are thrilled to support our public sector client in their search for an Admin Officer to join their busy, diverse team.

Contract: Temporary, initially until the end of October 2020

Start: Middle of October 2019 Location: Middlesbrough

Hours: Full time - expected to work shifts over 24hrs

Pay Rate: £10.73 p/h

This role is to work within an established public sector organisation based in Middlesbrough. They are looking for an Admin Officer to work in a highly driven team to carry out examinations and checks set by policy and operating procedures. If successful, duties will include:

-General administration duties -Email correspondence, photo copying, filing and scanning -Processing and data entry -Complete the admin process behind tariffs and goods -Mainly office based work but some onsite work -Working on the dock side to inspect various goods -Undertake dock side safety awareness -Operating on the docks Within this role you may be driving to other offices within the Teesside area.

For this role you:

must: Hold a full UK and valid passport;

must: Full UK driving licence;

must: CTC clearance;
