We are currently recruiting for a Assistant Plant Supervisor to be based at our Thurnscoe, Rotherham factory. This is an excellent permanent opportunity to work in a friendly, stable team with a good company.

The successful candidate will be required to work a rotating shift pattern covering days and nights (4on 4off)

Duties will be supervising the plant operative team on shift as well as getting stuck in with the jobs on plant (yard work, plant maintenance and equipment preparation)

Necessary
Excellent management skills, firm but fair attitude
Excellent communication skills
Basic administration
Counterbalance FLT licence
Full driving licence - desirable
Shifts - 12 hours days and nights
Salary - £22,000 with overtime opportunity
