Job Description

Immediate start for an Assistant Processing Officer - Temporary ongoing position

We are currently looking to recruit into a busy company in Borehamwood, an Assistant Processing Officer - working with a lively team you will be assisting in the process of all administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in day to day administration, customer service and report processing.

21 hours per week - Monday - Friday - Free Parking

" Provide a comprehensive processing service
" Deal with general enquiries and complaints from the public
" Ensure the highest level of customer service is always provided
" Scanning of all documents, filing, distribution of post
" Assist in processing of unpaid charges and maintaining records
" Assist with the operation of mobile radio system

This role combines good interpersonal skills and a pleasant, confident manner. A well organised, methodical approach with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise work. Written and verbal communications skills.
