Assistant Restuarant Manager

A Contemporary European restaurant based in Chobham is looking for a Chef de Partie. This would be a permanent role to start as soon as possible.

Salary: £23,000 - £26,000

Hours: Tues Midday - 10:30pm, Weds Midday - 10:30pm, Thurs 8am - 3pm, Fri 5pm - 10:30pm, Sat 5pm - 10:30pm, Sun Midday - 3pm.

Key responsibilities:
Assisting the Restaurant Manager
Ensuring that employees perform a variety of tasks, from preparing the food
stocking supplies
serving customers
charging people for their food
handling cash, credit cards, and a cash register
cleaning tables and counters
resetting tables
greeting customers and answering questions.

Key requirements:
1 years experience in an Assistant Restaurant Manager role
Customer Service experience

Resilience
Great teamwork skills
Great Leadership Skills
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Great time management skills.
