Role: Assistant Sales and Marketing Administrator
Location: Rochester, Kent
A great opportunity has arisen with a client in Rochester who are looking for someone to support their sales team and office manager with the marketing and sales admin.
In this role, you will be responsible for keeping their CRM system up to date, keeping marketing activity up by following their marketing schedule and providing administration support to the Sales team.
You will need to have a good telephone manner and excellent customer service as well as, being proactive and creating lists of prospect clients for the sales team to approach.
You will be responsible for collecting the information for the newsletter and sending out every month along with keeping their social media accounts up to date and the FAQs.
Ideally you will have used a CRM system and MailChimp before, however full software training will be provided. You will be working in a busy office environment so previous experience in this type of environment is ideal.
