Our client is looking for a bright and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the amazing team at the Chiswick branch.
You will be working alongside the Store Manager leading and supporting your team, Providing the highest standard of customer service whether it be in person, over the phone or through email. You will be maximising sales at every opportunity through promoting products and all services available. You will also be negotiating daily with customers and clients. In addition to carrying out general administration tasks on the in-house database.
There is a great balance of customer service, sales and administration within the role, as well as ensuring that all store standards are maintained.
You will need to be flexible to work 40 hours per week over 5 out of 7 days to cover the following opening hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
Saturday: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Sunday: 10.00 am to 4.00 pm
Ideally, you will be located within 30 minutes travelling time of the store.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a managerial position in either retail or customer services.
Administration experience is also desired. You will have to be comfortable working in target driven environment and have a hunger to be a consistent performer.
