Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Assistant Manager to join our busy team based in the Crawley branch. You will have previous sales and/or customer service experience from retail, hospitality or any other service sector.

- You will be flexible to work over 7 days per week including the weekends on a 2 week rota system Monday to Saturday 8am - 6pm & Sunday 10am - 4pm
- Driven to maximise sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Brilliant communication skills, both face to face and over the phone.
- Potential to earn commission/gain bonuses.
- Able to manage a team and ensuring all personal and store targets are exceeded.
