We are offering an excellent position for a Assistant Store Manager at one of the UK`s premier Storage companies. You will be primarily based in either Morden or Tolworth but may have opportunities to cover other local branches.

As Assistant Store Manager you will be vital to the day to day running of the store and provide a top level of service that exceeds customer expectations. You will be a strong figure in the business guiding the sales team and assisting with customers where you can. Opening and closing will be part of your duties along with making sure everything is in order throughout the day.
For this role the ideal candidate will have strong supervisor or management experience in retail or a similar self storage facility.
We want somebody who is a strong character and does not shy away from situations. We need you to be able to think on your feet and be able to motivate your team of sales advisors.
We want somebody to have can do attitude you will be surprised there is lots to learn!
Supervisory or Assistant Manager Experience is a must.
A requirement for this role is a background in retail or sales.
£22070 + Quarterly Bonus Scheme.
