Our client, a successful self-storage business, is looking for an experienced and ambitious Assistant Store Manager.
They are looking for someone who is driven to maximise the sales and profitability of their store and who delivers exceptional customer service. Provides support to their store manager and able to motivate others.
You will be a highly motivated individual who will have a customer facing retail background where you have experience in consultative sales with a track record in achieving sales targets.
You will be a good communicator both face-to-face and over the phone with an approachable personality who enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life and social backgrounds.

Key Skills:
Sales, following up enquiries over the phone and face-to-face providing storage solutions that match the customer's specific needs along with selling merchandise & Insurance.
Building customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds the customer's expectations.
