£23k basic per annum with OTE bonus package taking you too £26k - £30k

Mon-Sun 8am-6pm Shift Rota

We are currently working with an established & successful self-storage business who are looking for an experienced and ambitious assistant manager to join the team! You'll be working in a fun and enthusiastic environment located in Edenbridge.

You'll be working in store and following up storage enquiries both over the phone and face to face. You'll be providing a consultative sales approach to sell storage, merchandise, and insurance. Maximising the sales and profitability of the store and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a strong customer facing retail background where you have experience in consultative sales with a track record in achieving sales targets. Good communication is key, both face to face and over the phone with an approachable personality who enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life.
