Job Responsibilities

• Assist with essential housing management tasks to ensure a safe and well-maintained service environment.
• Welcome and support individuals accessing the service, providing guidance and practical assistance.
• Deliver structured, outcome-focused support to help clients achieve positive life changes.
• Assist clients with daily activities, wellbeing, and personal development initiatives.
• Perform reception and administrative duties to facilitate smooth daily operations.
• Encourage and motivate clients to build confidence, stability, and independence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in social care or housing support is essential.
• Strong communication skills, friendly and approachable with clients.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Reliable organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Relevant qualifications in social care or housing-related fields are advantageous.
• DBS check on the Update Service is highly beneficial.
• Availability to work standard daytime hours within a structured rota.
• Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
