Job Responsibilities
- Assist with essential housing management tasks to ensure a safe and well-maintained service environment.
- Welcome and support individuals accessing the service, providing guidance and practical assistance.
- Deliver structured, outcome-focused support to help clients achieve positive life changes.
- Assist clients with daily activities, wellbeing, and personal development initiatives.
- Perform reception and administrative duties to facilitate smooth daily operations.
- Encourage and motivate clients to build confidence, stability, and independence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in social care or housing support is essential.
- Strong communication skills, friendly and approachable with clients.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Reliable organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Relevant qualifications in social care or housing-related fields are advantageous.
- DBS check on the Update Service is highly beneficial.
- Availability to work standard daytime hours within a structured rota.
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
