An exciting opportunity has arisen for an assistant supported living manager to join a brand new service in Llanelli.

You will be joining a well-known and respected supported living service and a team that will support you along every step of your career

You will be responsible for assisting the service manager to support the running of two homes in Llanelli.You will be providing support at the services for 30 hours a week and completing managerial duties 7 hours a week, Monday - Friday. Your role will involve planning rotas, dealing with expense claims, management of staff and deputising in the Manager's absence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working for a supported living service, holding a QCF level 3, be a confident leader, experience of working with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour and a good level of IT and communication skills.
