*Up to £23,375 per annum*


We have an exciting opportunity for an assistant supported living manager to join a supported living service in Ammanford within a well-established learning disability charity. As the assistant supported living manager, you will assist the service manager in the day to day running of the service. If you are passionate about making a difference to people`s lives and would like to be part of setting up a new service with a company who offers fantastic career progression, then this role is ideal for you!


Ideal candidate

  • Experience of supporting individuals with learning disabilities
  • A minimum of a QCF level 2 in health and social care with a willingness to complete a level 3
  • Good IT and communication skills
  • You will have access to your own mode of transport
  • A commitment to enabling people to live fulfilled and independent lives both within their homes and the wider community
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work loads and meet deadlines
