Job Role: Systems Administrator
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Remote working: Yes
Pay Rate: £9.50 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Contract: Initial 3 months (Possible Extension)
Responsibilities of the role:
" Performing setup, amendment and removal of user accounts.
" Granting and removing access from cost centres / cost codes
" Creating and updating user guidance articles and maintaining system documentation
" Triage of incident reports from end users via email)
" Logging of issues with vendor
" Liaising with other Systems Team Members and operational users over system access issues
Skills and experience required:
" At least 12 Demonstrable month's experience as an Administrator/Support Technician
" Experience of managing user profiles within an enterprise level application
" Experience within A finance / ERP application (preferred not essential)
