We have just taken this very interesting Technical Administrator role supporting a team of 12 who look after the High Net Worth (HNW) Private Client side of a Lloyds Underwriters
This is a highly knowledgeable established team with a wealth of experience under their belts.
This role is a mix of technical support and business administration - experience within Insurance OR Investment Banking or other FCA regulated company would be ideal. Though extra training will be given
You may well have some experience with KYC/AML
You will have solid IT skills in particular in you will be a very confident Excel user.
It is really important that you have the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships at all levels.- including with HNW clients -so it is vital that you are an articulate and confident professional communicator too
- You will be dealing with client fund documentation, using internal bespoke databases, as well as recording and processing client banking instructions through an online platform (there will be a element of KYC/AML checks too)
- You will record data, provide reports and scan documents.
- Strong experience of MS Excel is a key requirement too (Vlook-ups, Pivot tables. Sums etc )
The team are friendly and supportive and need someone who is flexible and adaptable to changing levels of workload. There are 2 peak periods in the year when it is 'all hands on deck' - all the team works longer hours at these busy times
