Audio-Visual Technician
Location - London Paddington

Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit a Audio-Visual Technician for a 6 month contract role based in London.

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays pro rota, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training.

Salary: £215.00 per day depending on experience.

Audio-Visual Technician Responsibilities:

• Set up and removal of Audio-Visual and associated equipment within designated spaces
• Ensure that Audio-Visual services and conferencing is executed on time without any equipment or facilities related impediments
• Provide specific Audio-Visual and computer assistance to clients including Audio-Visual and computer troubleshooting and operational assistance
• Show initiative and judgement involved in assisting with clients during events in resolving problems
• Handle last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of events
• Extensive knowledge in network connectivity, digital signal flow, network compliance support, and firmware and software updates
• Maintain and track inventory and troubleshoot control systems
• Interface various Audio Visual and computer hardware

Audio-Visual Technician Requirements:

• 3+ years in a similar environment with a proven background throughout the CV
• Extensive knowledge in network connectivity, digital signal flow, network compliance support, and firmware and software updates
• Ability to maintain and track inventory
• Experience in troubleshooting control systems
• Experience in developing and maintaining procedural documentation
