Currently working with one of the UK`s first and top accounting firms.
My client is looking for a Senior Auditor to join a growing Audit team in Edinburgh. This is a busy and varied role and would suit a qualified CA/ACCA or similar qualification.

Responsibilities

Become a respected member in the audit department which provides a wide range of Audit, advisory and accounting services to their clients. Client range is anything from large multi-national corporations and landed estates to small family companies, many of which are owned by wealthy individuals and more. Your time will split approximately 50% on audit work and 50% on offering other professional services such as accountancy, systems reviewing corporate tax and company secretarial work.

What we look for

Experience in preparing group accounts, auditing groups and the use of auditing software such as (eg Caseware) and accounts preparation with Viztopia would be desirable but not mandatory.

Candidates must be CA/ACCA qualified or with similar qualifications and a good pass rate in professional exams is important. In terms of professional experience, exposure to a wide range of clients in professional practise or audit is beneficial.
