B-Customer Service Administrator

An established and successful company based in Welwyn Garden City are looking for an experienced customer service administrator that are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service to join their friendly team.
A leading communications provider that provide to the B2B sector
You will be offering support and dealing with incoming enquiries from customers via phone and email, you will be investigating, resolving and administering any changes to customer accounts. You will be taking ownership of any issues and seeing through to completion.
We are looking for motivated and dedicated individuals with excellent attention to detail that are thorough and efficient and take ownership.
You will have a Customer Service Administration background a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook and Maths and English GCSE C and above.
The company are offering a salary fo £19,000 - £21,000 per annum, plus 20 days holiday which rises to 25 days in year 2 plus an employee benefits portal where you can get discounts on various products plus ongoing support and training and a friendly team.
