Then this could be a great opportunity for you!

I am working with a marketing agency who are based on the outskirts of Oxfordshire. Due to recent growth, they are looking for a B2B Marketing Executive to join their marketing team on a full-time, permanent basis. The B2B Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing lead generation strategies, tactics and B2B sales promotions, and managing and optimising the execution of programs across all marketing channels both online and off. This role is a key part of the Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing you'll work cross functionally with other team members in specialised marketing disciplines. They are offering a salary of between £28,000 and £35,000 dependant on experience, with the ability to be negotiated.

Your responsibilities will be to;
-Plan and manage schedules and budgets related to all B2B marketing activities working collaboratively with wholesale sales and marketing team members
-Develop strategies and execute tactical activities within budget to meet marketing KPIs related to building brand awareness, lead generation and sales conversion
-Work collaboratively with B2B sales and share responsibility for reaching sales targets
-Develop and execute personalised digital email marketing campaigns for target audiences, optimised for ROI to include campaign landing pages, newsletters and email marketing promotions
-Plan, execute and optimise content management specifically for the wholesale customer through the website and social media channels
-Work with designer and outside service providers to plan, write and produce effective print catalogues, sales collateral, support materials and promotional items
-Plan and execute company participation at industry trade events and conferences

The ideal candidate will have prior marketing management experience, ideally with a high growth B2B ecommerce business. Strong commercial skills and an understanding of revenue and cost drivers and KPIs; ability to set and work to sales objectives. It would also be useful if you are Spanish-speaking, while not required it would be a plus. If you have hands on experience working with sales and marketing, then you should apply.
