Job Description

Brook Street is working with a growing and successful organisation. They are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Administrator. This is a permanent role with an attractive salary and benefits package.


  • Creating and collating sales reports / results analysis
  • Management of proposal database and Sage CRM system
  • Administration services for Head of Sales department and CEO
  • Sourcing and researching potential prospects for the sales team
  • Dealing with sales enquiries via email, telephone and website

Essential Skills

  • Experience in a B2B working environment
  • Document creation experience, particularly quotes and contracts
  • Working in a fast paced environment
  • Completing tight deadlines
  • Managing upwards
  • Strong IT skills, able to use Microsoft Packages essential and Adobe Suite/Graphic Design programmes would be advantageous

Desired Skills

  • Sales Administration background
  • Used to a fast paced environment, whilst able to have high attention to detail
