Our client is a well-established and highly respected Education Trust- committed to raising standards in Education. We are seeking to recruit a Back End Systems Developer ( with the emphasis on Developer) to design, integrate, implement and maintain a range of effective and accurate management information solutions for contracts and programmes operated by the EDT and wider Trusts. They currently operate a Cloud based CRM solution running on MS Azure platform.
We are looking for a Systems Developer with the ability to create and maintain dashboards at various level to give project status and health of the system
o Ability to design and create mobile Apps through Azure
o Knowledge of Azure Data Analytics and Data Catalogues
o Required to have previously built and used DBaaS (database as a service)
o Knowledge and experience of Power BI service and its configuration for creating real time management information and data analysis
o VoIP Integration over cloud experience, to integrate telephony services to the Azure platform
o API integration experience required to ensure seamless links to external services such as SMS and appointment management services
o Ensuring business continuity through system updates (BAU)
Coding skillset required:
-Asp.net, PhP, Node Java script, Sql. DB, C# and/NET or similar
Good working knowledge of MS Visual Studio and the Backup and disaster recovery tools within Azure
Microsoft SQL.Server use and understanding required.

Overview of CRM (Azure platform application) use at user level:
o Secure access through various platforms to include, mobile, tablet and PC/Laptop
o Acquiring new clients for the purposes of our contract
o Servicing the current client base for our existing and newly acquired contract portfolio;
o Ensuring that we follow specific data schemas and specification to produce MI to ensure that we can draw down funds by using workflows to limit errors from users and complying to service level agreements
o Following an individual approach to each client through logging interventions and following up at periodic intervals;
o GDPR logging
o Action plan and attachment uploading to be held securely
o Other functions of the Azure dashboard to hold financial information and balanced scorecard on contract portfolio for SLT and wider audienceioTIONAL Careers service Delivery our Customer Relationship Management system will be a cloud-based solution running on the Microsoft Azure platform.
