This full time opportunity promises with a schedule from Monday to Friday, working hours from 9.00 - 17.00.
We're seeking individuals with a clerical background and the necessary IT skills to thrive in the client's bustling department.
✅ Proficiently using IT systems
✅ Daily use of Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word
✅ Meticulously handling data entry in the client's computerised CRM system
✅ Upholding stringent quality standards
✅ Responding to phone inquiries with efficiency and courtesy
✅ Delivering top-notch administrative service to internal and external stakeholders
To be eligible, candidates should possess one of the following:
📚 4 GCSEs at grades A-C or equivalent OR 📚 NVQ Level 2 in Administration OR 📚 RSA Stage II Typing or Word Processing
We're looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

✨ Proficiency in office software and equipment (e.g., Microsoft Office)
✨ Outstanding communication and attention to detail

This is a full time, temporary role with an hourly pay rate of £10.42.
