Band 2 Clerical Officer

Part-Time Position

Brook Street (UK) Ltd is thrilled to be your gateway to an amazing opportunity within the public sector as a Band 2 Clerical Officer with typing duties.

This part-time role offers the ideal work-life balance, with working days from Monday to Friday and hours from 09.00 to 12.45.

We are in search of candidates with a strong clerical background and the IT skills needed to excel in our client's busy department.

Your responsibilities will include:

✨ Proficiently managing IT systems

✨ Daily utilization of Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word

✨ Precise data entry using the client's computerized CRM system

✨ Maintaining stringent quality standards

✨ Efficiently handling telephone inquiries with courtesy and warmth

✨ Delivering top-notch administrative support to internal and external stakeholders

To qualify, candidates should have one of the following:

📚 4 GCSEs at grades A-C or equivalent OR 📚 NVQ Level 2 in Administration OR 📚 RSA Stage II Typing or Word Processing

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

🚀 Proficiency in using office software and equipment (e.g., Microsoft Office)

🚀 Outstanding communication skills and a keen eye for detail

🚀 The ability to multitask effectively

This is a part-time, temporary role with an attractive hourly pay rate of £10.42.
