Our public sector client based close to Belfast City Centre has a vacancy for a Band 3 Clerical Officer to join the team

Our client offers a friendly and professional environment. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1700 hours

In your new role, you will open & distribute internal mail. Sort outgoing mail taking appropriate action for urgent mail. Receipting of documentation delivered or received. Undertake a range of admin support duties including, making appointments, maintaining diaries, receiving, processing and distributing incoming mail, personally dealing with routine items, provision of typing and admin support to senior staff

You are a good fit for this role, if you have previous admin/Clerical experience, a confident user with a PC, willing to learn new systems, organised and excellent communication skills

Our client would prefer for you to have 4 GCSE`S Grades A-C, including English or equivalent qualifications, or, an NVQ Level 2 in administration, or, RSA Stage 2, Typewriting or Word-processing (parts 1 &2) or equivalent qualification, or, have evidence of one year typing/word-processing experience

In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £10.40 per hours, and access to free car parking. There is a bus stop outside the clients premises also
