Job Description


NHS Estates Helpdesk Administrator in Lisburn Area

Are you an excellent communicator with strong telephone and customer service skills? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working as part of a team?
We are looking for a confident and efficient individual to join our Estates Helpdesk Team, supporting our facilities trust-wide.

Salary - £12.31 per hour
Temporary ongoing

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and respond to telephone calls from staff across the trust and community clients regarding defects and maintenance issues.
  • Record accurate job request information using the live operational Management System (MiCAD) and liaise promptly with Estates Officers or Contractors as needed.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports by interpreting and analysing data, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
  • Monitor and improve your own work practices to ensure maximum efficiency, suggesting improvements where appropriate.
  • Assist in developing Estates Performance Indicators to support continuous service improvement.
  • Manage and prioritise your workload to effectively handle competing demands from multiple stakeholders.
  • Receive, review, and file service contractors' reports, ensure CAFM job requests are closed, and forward actions to relevant Estates Officers for follow-up.
