Brook Street are delighted to recruit for 2 Band 3 HR Assistants on behalf of our Public Sector client. This is a temporary position with possibility of becoming on-going for the right candidate.

This post is available immediately. The hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week, 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday & 8.30am - 4.30pm on Friday.

In your new role you will be based in the Trainee Employment Team and will carry out
the administrative duties of the post in relation to pay and conditions, employee
relations, attendance management and workforce information, whilst adhering to
best practice principles.

You are good fit for this role if you have the ability to communicate effectively to meet the
needs of the post in full.

• Ability to use own initiative and work independently or as part of a team, to ensure that performance targets and objectives are met
• Ability to prioritise work to achieve set deadlines
• Working to actively promote the HSC's Values and Behavious

It is desirable that you have previous experience of working in an HR
environment


The successful candidate should have:

• 5 GCSE's (including GCSE English Language and GCSE Maths (Grades A* - C) OR equivalent qualification to demonstrate literacy and numeracy OR Higher Qualification.

• OR 18 Months relevant experience (working in an office environment carrying out administrative duties, such as filing and word processing)
• One year's experience working with Microsoft Office, or similar.
