Job Description

Sector: Public Sector - Temporary (12 months initially)
Location: Selly Oak, Birmingham (Some remote working available)
Working Hours: Full time, standard office hours - Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £10.21 rising to £11.87 after 12 weeks)

Key Accountabilities:
- Delivery ICT training to groups of staff using national and locally agreed lesson plans
- Maintenance of ICT training databases and updating systems in line with training
- Assistant ICT Training Specialist in ensuring the training materials are kept up to date
- Assist in production of training material in different media formats (E-learning, Video and Virtual training platforms)
- Maintaining own knowledge
- Respond to feedback following training delivery where appropriate
- Respond to enquiries relating to ICT training which will include responding to email enquiries from shared mailbox

Remote working may be available when not delivering training.

Person Specification:
- Attention to detail
- Clear communication skills
- IT training experience (essential)
- Be confident in use of Microsoft Teams and ability to solve any technical issues
