Our client has advised us that the role is full time and temporary (minimum of 3 months).
The successful applicant will be working in a busy surgical secretarial office.
This role be suitable to applicants who have previous office experience, along with excellent organisational skills and can work under pressure and remain calm.
The successful applicant will need to carry out a wide range of secretarial/administrative tasks including the use of word processing/audio typing/shorthand and other computer packages
Word processing/audio typing letters/producing reports.
Sorting and responding to mail as appropriate.
Dealing with general enquiries.
Sorting and processing information.
Preparation of statistical information.
Dealing with requests for information.
Dealing with telephone calls.
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £10.09 per paid to you on a weekly basis
