We are currently recruiting for a Band 3 Team Leader, to join an NHS client based in Chester - CH2.


Temporary 6 month assignment
Hours of work: 08:00 - 16:00 or 10:00 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday)
£9.09 per hour


The post holder will work as part of the HR Staffing Solutions Team in the provision and delivery of the Temporary Staffing service by ensuring the sourcing, booking and redeployment of professional and non-professional staff.


Duties include:

" Recruitment of bank staff
" Submitting payroll
" Authorising agency staff invoices for payment
" Provide appropriate advice and information on a range of processes and procedures
" Ensure the team achieve their KPI's in accordance with service specifications
" Ensure full utilisation of the equipment available


You must have a GCSE grade in Maths & English and an NVQ Level 3 in Administration or equivalent.
