Band 4 Administrator - part time
Location: Westgate House Warwick
18 hours per week
Monday and Wednesdays 8:30am - 16:30pm or 9am - 17:00pm

Our temporary desk is booming, and we are currently seeking for experienced Administrators to express an interest in up-coming roles. We recruit for a number of clients, however for this advert we are specifically looking for those who have an interest in working for Government body in Warwick.
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide and coordinate administrative and secretarial services; including for example, the preparation of agendas and minutes, taking appropriate follow-up action as required. Supporting the team with the management of projects, gathering information and undertaking enquiries as and when is necessary for the head of department, teams and the department.
Core duties
" Taking telephone calls for the department for colleagues out of the office and expected to use their initiative to deal with phone calls and messages.
" Sorting and prioritising all incoming mail and e-mail, distributing as appropriate
" Managing the electronic diary for the department, including arranging and changing appointments, prioritising these as appropriate
" Preparing agendas, taking minutes and distributing notes of meetings including typing up of group discussions and interviews as necessary
" To provide administrative support when appropriate to all team members to support a range of department initiatives.
" Inputting, monitoring and checking data, required for finite and ongoing projects within the teams
" Working with all team members in the collection of information for performance reporting on relevant team projects
" General administration skills.
" Strong minute taking ability (experience in doing this in corporate environments, meetings, conferences etc)

Person specification
" Admin/secretarial experience
" Strong Microsoft experience including Excel
Good attention to detail
Good communication skills
