Job Description

Brook Street UK Ltd are seeking CV`s for our Public sector client based in Antrim.

The role is 25 hours per week, there can be flexibility around the days /hours worked. The role will last 2 months initially.

The successful applicant will contribute in administration to support the development, delivery and evaluation of training programmes

Our client has advised us the successful applicant should HNC/HND or equivalent/higher qualification in an administrative related field AND 1 years` experience in a clerical/administrative role or NVQ level 3 in administration AND 2 years` experience in a clerical/administrative role, or,
4 years` experience in a clerical/administrative role at Band 3

Excellent planning and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise own workload within tight timescales
Have advanced keyboard skills
Ability to work under pressure

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels

Experience of working within a Health or Educational setting

In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £11.20per hour, paid on a weekly basis
