Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Band 4 HR Officer, to join a busy trust and provide support to the HR team.


Hours: 09:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday (37.50 hours)

Temporary assignment

£11.53 per hour


Duties will include:

" Effectively support and deliver HR services
" Assist in the training of new & junior colleagues, implementing changes to working practices, processes and systems
" Establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, other departments, clients and external agencies
" Ensure all mandatory pre-employment checks are undertaken and recorded for all new staff
" Ensure accurate and timely input of all temporary and permanent employee data
" Deal with enquiries and complaints effectively, solving issues and problems as necessary to achieve resolution
" Undertake any other reasonable duties with this role and work flexibly to provide cover for other colleagues, as service demands require

You must have experience of a wide range of clerical duties and an understanding of data protection & confidentiality and demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
