What We Offer:

• Salary of £13.57 per hour
• Hours of work Mon-Fri 1pm-5pm or Thur 9-5pm and Fri 9-5pm
• Temporary, on going

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with established policies and ISO procedures for stock management to maintain appropriate stock levels aligned with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
2. Monitor stock holdings for selected commodity groups to meet agreed service levels while maintaining target monetary investment in inventory.
3. Coordinate with Trust Discharge Co-Ordinators to facilitate timely patient discharge processes.
4. Authorize electronic purchase orders within agreed authorization limits.
5. Expedite non-catalogue orders to ensure uninterrupted supply to customers.
6. Assist in conducting perpetual stock counts as required.
7. Liaise with Warehouse Receipts and key suppliers to coordinate deliveries and accurately record receipts in the FPL system to ensure prompt supplier payments.

Qualifications:

• 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C), including English Language, plus 1 year of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
