Band 5 IT Technician
Pay: Band 5 (£10.83 per hour)
Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday
Based: Lincoln, Fen House
Contract Length: 10.5 weeks (Temporary)

I am currently looking to recruit, an IT Technician, to work with our client, within the Public Sector.

This contract, will run for 10.5 weeks and are wanting the right candidate to start, as soon as possible. Within this role, you will be replacing devices that are going out of warranty, Hardware & Software support, as well as supporting any questions from other members in the team. Good communication skills are needed for this role, as you would be directly speaking with customers.

Experience within the following, is needed for this role:

• Working with different IT systems
• Building Machines and putting an image on machines
• Ability to Install & Upgrade different software
• Building Windows 10
• Office 365 Knowledge
• Experience within Active Directory
• Working in the field (Multi-User)
• Customer Service
• IT skills
• Networking Knowledge

There is a physical aspect to this role, due to the lifting and moving of Laptops and Desktops.

Before starting this role, we would need Passport and/or Birth Certificate, Driving Licence, Proof of NI (& 1 further Proof of Address). We would also need reference history, from April 2018 to Present.
