CLERICAL OFFICER REQUIRED WITHIN THE PUBLIC SECTOR
Based in a well-known public sector organisation in Derry, the Clerical Officer will work with colleagues in a particular department to ensure the smooth running of that department and to assist in the general operation of the organisation.
Duties will include using databases, utilising the MS Office suite, typing letters, answering calls, filing liaising with other departments and agencies, prioritising the workload, and recording and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
The rate of pay is £9.21 per hour, the day of work are Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are 0900-1700.
Candidates must have at least five GCESs at grade C or above or 2 years' administrative experience.
