Our public sector client is seeking candidates with at least one years` experience in Administration or who have five GCSEs at grade C and above to work in their busy Administration team.
Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking a Personal Assistant / Secretary to work with our clients within the healthcare sector for a period of at least 6 months in Dundonald. Our client has advised us that the successful candidate may still be in the role beyond that six-month period.
Duties include:
" Use of computer systems to include data input and retrieval of information.
" Maintenance of filing systems.
" Processing mail.
" Processing and collating information.
" Taking and relaying messages/information.
" Dealing with a range of queries.
" Preparation and transportation of medical and other records.
" Making appointments.
The successful candidate will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Candidates must have four GCSEs at grade C and above or have one year`s experience of working within an administrative or clerical role. Previous experience in a Trust or in a similar role is desirable.
The hours of work will be from 0900 to 1700 from Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week). The rate of pay is £10.40 per hour, and this will be paid on a weekly basis.
