Brook Street (UK) Ltd is delighted to be recruiting for two Full-Time Receptionists for our trusted client in Newry.
Our public sector client has advised us that these roles will be for six months initially, with the possibility of extension. This is an excellent opportunity to display your communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties you will be responsible for include
- Dealing with patients face to face
- Handle incoming calls and relaying messages
- Operating and maintain computerised information system
- Working to deadlines and acting with precision and speed
- Maintaining accurate records and administration duties
To be eligible for this role, you will hold a minimum of four GCSE qualifications grade C and above, have previous administration/clerical experience and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
As this is a patient-facing Reception role, it will be highly advantageous for candidates to have working knowledge of a multi-line telephone, reception experience as well as experience in an administrative environment.
The hours of work will on a 7/7 rota, including bank holidays, working between 8am - 10pm. This will average to 37.5 hours per week, with an hourly rate of £8.66.
