Job Description

Brook Street UK Ltd is seeking a Ward Clerk for a period of 6 month`s with possibility of extension in the Lisburn Area.

Our public sector client would like someone with at least one year`s experience in Administration or four GCSEs at grade C and above to work in their busy administration team.

The hours of work are 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).

Duties will include processing administration; ensuring administration is completed within deadline, ensuring all clerical duties are completed accurately, working with MS Office daily, and word-processing.

You will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Candidates must have four GCSEs at grade C and above or have a year`s experience of working within an administrative or clerical role.

Previous experience in a NHS environment would be beneficial.

The rate of pay is £9.21 per hour, this will be paid on a weekly basis.
