Brook Street is seeking an Administrative Support Officer for Inspections for a period of 4 months in Belfast City Centre.
Our public sector client would like someone with at least one year`s experience in Administration or four GCSEs at grade C and above to work in their busy administration team.
The hours of work are 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Duties will include, date entry, formatting electronic documents, minute taking completing referrals information processing administration; ensuring administration is completed within deadline, ensuring all clerical duties are completed accurately, working with MS Office daily, and word-processing.
Experiences of working with databases would be advantageous.
You will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Candidates must have four GCSEs at grade C and above or have a year`s experience of working within an administrative or clerical role.
The rate of pay is £8.90 per hour and will be paid on a weekly basis.
