Job Description

Are you an accomplished Administration Officer as well as someone with confident time management?
A dedicated worker and driven professional? We are a seeking a Job Scheduler Administrator for a leading public sector client located in Portadown
Posts in the Level 3 grade require staff to undertake a variety of duties ranging from supervision and training, to advice and guidance for the public

As an ideal candidate you will have previous experience in date entry, scanning, updating spreadsheets, respond to incoming mail and working to tight deadlines.

You will be joining a trusted business who will offer training to support you in delivering your duties and goals. IT proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel will be highly advantageous to this role.

Requirements :
4 GCSE's to include Maths and English.
IT/ Microsoft Office proficiency at beginner level.
At least one year's experience in a similar role.

Job Salary & Details :
£9.81 per hour
Full time - 37 hours per week
Monday - Friday
9.00am - 5.00pm
This role is based in Portadown
Basic Access NI is required for this role
