Our public sector client based in Dundonald has an opportunity for a Secretary.
The role is full time of 37.5 hrs, but, part time may be considered and temporary ongoing
Our client would prefer applicants who have previous NHS experience and have sound knowledge of NHS systems and audio typing and minute taking experience
The key functions of the role will include:
Word processing / audio working letters / producing reports.
Sorting and responding to mail as appropriate.
Dealing with general enquiries.
Sorting and processing information.
Preparation of statistical information.
Dealing with requests for information.
Dealing with telephone calls.
What do we need from you?
Four GCSEs (Grade C or above) including English, or equivalent
One year`s secretarial or clerical experience, or, Two year`s secretarial or clerical experience
OCR / RSA / GCSE Stage 2 Word-processing / Typing (Parts 1 and 2) or equivalent qualification or a minimum of six months word-processing experience
You will be paid an hourly rate of £10.09 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
