Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking a Personal Assistant / Secretary to work with our clients within the healthcare sector for a period of at least 6 months in Dundonald. Our client has advised us that the successful candidate may still be in the role beyond that six-month period. Duties include:
Diary Management
Audio Typing / Dictation
Telephone Calls
Typing - minutes of meetings, letters, forms
Liaise with Multidisciplinary nursing teams / department staff
Collate information
Use of IT systems

The successful candidate will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Candidates must have four GCSEs at grade C and above or have one year's experience of working within an administrative or clerical role. Previous experience in a Trust or in a similar role is desirable.

The hours of work will be from 0900 to 1700 from Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week). The rate of pay is £10.09 per hour, and this will be paid on a weekly basis.
