Brook Street (UK) Ltd is currently seeking a Band III Personal Secretary for a period of 1 month initially for our public sector client in Derry.

Our client would like candidates with a Higher Diploma in Administrative Procedures (Secretarial qualifications included) or OCR Stage 2 Text Processing (Part 1) and stage 2 Word processing/Typing (Part 2) or equivalent and 5 GCSEs to include English language. 2 years previous experience in an Administration or Secretarial role will be accepted also.
Duties will include maintaining diaries, venues and travel arrangements, opening and recording incoming mail correspondence, typing letters, memorandums and minutes, providing administrative support in the production of polices and reports and managing of stationary stock levels.
The hours of work are 0900 to 1700 Monday to Friday, with an hourly rate of pay of £8.49.
