Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking a Personal Secretary with typing duties for a period of 6 weeks, with the possibility of extension for our client in the Dundonald.
Our public sector client would like someone with at least one years experience in administration or four GCSEs at grade C and above to work in their busy administration team.
The hours of work will be between 09:00 -17:00, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
Duties will include :
" Word processing/audio typing letters/producing reports.
" Sorting and responding to mail as appropriate.
" Dealing with general enquiries.
" Maintaining diaries.
" Minute taking.
" Arranging meetings.
" Sorting and processing information.
" Preparation of statistical information.
" Dealing with requests for information.
" Making appointments.
" Dealing with telephone calls.
You will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Candidates must have four GCSEs at grade C and above or have a years experience of working within an administrative or clerical role.
Audio typing and previous experience working in the Trust would be desirable.
The rate of pay is £8.48 per hour
