Brook Street (UK) Ltd is delighted to be seeking a Band III Personal Secretary for a period of 3 months initially, with the possibility of extension, for our public sector client in Belfast.
Our client would like candidates with at least one years' experience in Administration and who has an OCR/RSA typing qualification or equivalent. Previous experience working in the NHS is highly advantageous.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm per week; in return, you will be paid £8.90 per hour.
Duties of this role will include answering incoming calls, processing administration, ensuring all clerical duties are completed accurately, working with MS Office daily, data entry and word-processing.
