Job Description
Our Public sector client has a vacancy for a Band 3 Personal Secretary to join their team in Belfast The role is set within a Hospital environment
This is a full time post, Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700 hours and temporary ongoing for at least 6 months
The successful applicant will be responsible for answering telephone and redirecting calls, Filing, Minute taking and providing support to the Assistant Service Manager, Providing the assistant head of service with taking appropriate actions to mail, telephone enquiries and ensuring necessary follow up action is taken in a timely manner and prioritising and carrying out word-processing duties to a high standard, including the writing up of minutes taken at daily meetings for distribution throughout the service for review and the issuing of relevant documentation
You are a good fit for the role if you have the following skills:
Excellent organisational skills,
Minute taking experience
IT Literate, including Excel and Word
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
Our client requires the applicant to have 5 GCSE`s at Grade A to C, and previous administration experience
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £10.09 per hour, paid on a weekly basis and benefit from 37 days annual leave per annum from your 13th week
