Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking Secretary/PA for 6 months with the possibility of extension for our Public Sector client in Belfast.
Our public sector client would like someone with at least one years` experience in administration or five GCSEs at grade C and above to work in their busy administration team.
The hours of work will be between 09:00 -17:00, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
Duties will include :
" Diary Management
" Telephone Calls
" Typing - Minutes of meetings, letters, forms.
" Liaise with Multidisciplinary nursing teams / department staff
" Collate information
" Use of IT systems
You will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Candidates must have four GCSEs at grade C and above or have a years` experience of working within an administrative or clerical role.
Previous experience in the Trust would be desirable or within a similar role.
The rate of pay is £8.49 per hour and this will be paid on a weekly basis.
